『hiyoriワイン 勝沼 井戸尻（いどじり）メルロ 2021』を樽熟成させる、ブルゴーニュのフレンチオーク樽を４樽入手しました

フランス・ブルゴーニュ地方のピノ・ノワールワインを熟成させていたフレンチオーク樽を今年４樽だけ入手しました。勝沼井戸尻（いどじり）地区の単一畑で収穫したメルロを樽熟成中です。勝沼の井戸尻メルロがhiyoriワインとしてフルーティーに育つことを願っています。年内限定発売しますので、乞うご期待ください。

This year has seen us procure four French Oak barrels synonymous with maturing the Pinot Noirs of France’s Bourgogne region. Merlot grapes harvested from a single field in Idojiri, Katsunuma, are currently being matured within. At Hiyori Wine, we hope to mature this Katsunuma Idojiri Merlot in a fruity way. Our first bottles will be on the market this year – so watch this space!
